Does spending more time in nature appeal to you, but you don’t know where to go, or you simply don’t have time to plan and organise a getaway?

Are your self-care routines going out the window due to a never-ending to-do list?

Do you just need a break to reset and recharge?

Sometimes we all just need to hit the pause button, remove ourselves from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, and give ourselves the time and space we need to rest and rejuvenate.

I am so excited to offer you a chance to do just this at my Wildflower Wonder Yoga & Hiking Retreat Weekend this October!

The Jurien Bay Retreat is the time out you need to recharge and reconnect with what’s truly important in life; nature, your wellbeing and the space to breathe and just be.

This is an 'all levels' retreat: You don't need to be an expert yogi or hiker to join us - you don’t even need to be able to touch your toes!

Beginner yogis and hikers are most welcome!

All you need is to turn up, with an open mind and willingness to connect, and the rest is carefully planned and organised for you.

During our Retreat you’ll experience:

Two guided nature hikes where you’ll explore diverse wilderness with breathtaking views and walk amongst a wonderful array of Western Australian wildflowers in bloom.

Gourmet plant-based cuisine lovingly prepared for you for every meal, including delicious snacks, so you won’t go hungry, nor will you ever have to think about picking up a pot or pan yourself.

Enjoy a sunset slow flow yoga class overlooking the ocean upon arrival where you’ll have a chance to completely let go of the stresses of your week, enjoy the beauty of nature and relax into your retreat experience.

Wake each day to the smell of the ocean in our beautiful and fully equipped beachside accommodation.

Enjoy daily yoga classes in a range of styles, so that our hikes are balanced out with the deep stretching your body needs to recover and feel great.

Special guest Susanne Heales will guide us on a deeply relaxing sound journey to help us sleep well and wake feeling refreshed.

The Retreat Program

Day 1

  • Arrive by 4pm & settle-in (check-in of 2pm is available for those wanting to come to Jurien Bay earlier in the day to explore)

  • 5pm: Sunset yoga overlooking the ocean

  • 7pm: Dinner

  • 8pm: Group activities

  • 8.30pm: Yoga Nidra Deep Relaxation

day 2

  • 7am: Breakfast

  • 9am: Mount Lesueur Hike

  • 11am: Slow flow yoga in nature

  • 12.30pm: Picnic lunch in nature

  • 1.30pm: Free time

  • 6pm: Dinner

  • 7.30pm: Relaxing Yin Yoga & Myofascial Release

  • 8.30pm: Sound Bath Deep Relaxation

day 3

  • 7 – 8am: Breakfast

  • 9am-11am: River mouth & ocean views hike

  • 11am – 12pm: Slow flow vinyasa yoga

  • 12.30pm: Lunch

  • 1.30pm - Break-up circle/goodbyes

*Schedule subject to change - if there is adverse weather all yoga sessions will take place indoors.

All retreat attendees are required to agree to the terms of the Retreat Agreement.

Meet Frieda

Having come a long way on my own journey to finding greater peace and fulfilment in my life, through yoga and self-development work, I am passionate about helping others on their own path

I have completed over 500 hours of formal yoga teacher training in hatha, vinyasa and yin yoga and have been practicing yoga for many years. I have organised and led numerous successful and enjoyable yoga and hiking events and I love taking care of all of the details so that you don’t have to!

With my guidance, the Wildflower Wonder Yoga & Hiking Retreat Weekend will be a fun and relaxing weekend of wellbeing surrounded by beauty, both in our surroundings, and in the energy we create together.
