Hey there, I’m Frieda, your friendly and fun local yoga and pilates teacher. 😊 I absolutely LOVE helping people just like you to live happier, healthier lives through mindfulness, movement and spending quality time in nature. πŸ’šπŸŒΏ

Yoga and pilates have made a HUGE impact on my mental and physical wellbeing. I’ve gone through some pretty rough times over the years, including bouts of depression, anxiety, stress-induced insomnia, sciatic nerve pain, chronic tension and back pain. 😩 Eeek - No fun at all! Now, with a regular movement and mindfulness practice, I’m more content with my life than ever before, ready to face whatever challenges life throws my way. πŸ’ͺ😊

My approach to yoga and pilates is explorative and fun. I encourage curiosity and play while also helping you to build strength, flexibility and resilience in body, mind and spirit. πŸŽ‰πŸ Everyone is welcome at my classes - quirks and all!

I have completed over 500 hours of formal yoga and meditation teacher training including training in hatha yoga, vinyasa yoga, yin yoga, mindfulness-based stress reduction and vipassana meditation. πŸ™ I have also completed comprehensive training in reformer, matwork and clinical studio pilates through Pilates International Training Center. I am a movement and mindfulness nerd - I keep learning as much as I can about yoga, pilates and wellbeing so that I can keep sharing new practices and techniques with you.πŸ“š

I would love to share my love of movement, stretching and stillness with you, so that you too can feel great inside and out. ❀️⭐️

 
 

Where is all of this going?

My dream is to buy land and establish a combined yoga, pilates, wellbeing and rescue animal retreat/sanctuary. My retreat will be run on a not-for-profit basis with the mission of providing sanctuary for humans and animals alike. πŸ‘« πŸ„ πŸ– πŸ‘ͺ 🐏 🐐 πŸ‘²πŸˆ πŸ“
