Private Yoga

Want help with a specific issue, or just don’t feel comfortable in a group yoga or pilates class environment?

Private yoga or pilates in the comfort of your own home might be just what you need! 🧘‍♀️ 🏡

I love to teach my students one-on-one as we can explore specific issues in a more focused manner that is simply not possible in a group setting.

My encouraging coaching style, sense of humour and ability to identify and improve unhelpful patterns in body and mind will ensure that no time in a private yoga / pilates class is ever wasted. 😊

Private classes are also a great way for you to learn correct alignment and modifications, as well as gain confidence, prior to attending group classes.

I can tailor a yoga, pilates or meditation program specifically for you and your needs. Together we will use intelligent movement and mobility techniques to help you reach your goals. Or, if mental health is your primary goal, we can focus more on mindfulness and relaxation techniques to calm the mind and improve your thought patterns. It’s your choice! 😊

I happily teach pilates, vinyasa, hatha and yin yoga styles, myofascial release techniques and meditation. I also love to incorporate positive psychology and self-development exercises into our sessions, according to your needs and preferences! 🧘‍♀️

I’m based in the Western Suburbs (Cottesloe) and can provide private yoga classes to clients located in all nearby suburbs including Subiaco, Shenton Park, Nedlands, Dalkeith, Claremont, Peppermint Grove, Swanbourne, City Beach, Mosman Park, West Perth, North Fremantle and Fremantle. I am also happy to teach outdoors at local parks if you are looking to up your dose of nature and Vitamin D at the same time. 🌳
